Refund Policy
Soulatarium provides digital astrology reports, app subscriptions, and paid plan features such as premium discovery, wider match access, chat-related features, and other in-app services.
All purchases are final and non-refundable once a report has been generated or accessed, or once an app plan, subscription, or paid feature has been activated or used.
The Rs 99 Chart Report includes up to 3 PDF generations or downloads. Once any are used, the purchase is considered consumed.
App plans and subscriptions are billed through the relevant app-store or payment provider. Renewal, cancellation, and store-managed refund requests are also subject to that provider's policies.
Refunds are considered only in cases of payment deduction without report generation, plan activation, or access to the purchased feature, or a verified technical failure from our system.
