Soulatarium users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

Delete from the app

Open the Soulatarium app, go to Settings, and choose Delete Account. Confirm the action to submit your deletion request.

Delete by email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to contact@soulatarium.com from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my Soulatarium account".

Data deleted

We delete or permanently disable access to your account profile, birth details used for reports, saved report data connected to your account, and contact details used for app access and support.

Data retained

We may retain payment, invoice, security, fraud-prevention, support, and legal compliance records where required by law or platform policy. Retained records are kept only for the required period and are not used to provide the deleted account service.

Deletion requests are normally processed within 7 business days. Some retained records may remain for up to 30 days in backups or longer where legally required.
